We never really talk about the spirit of inspiration in magical terms. Well that’s gonna change as I will be presenting all about it in an occult writing workshop!

In Greek mythology the muses were goddesses who gave humans knowledge of science, the arts and literature through inspiration. In African and Caribbean folklore, the ‘little god’ Anansi might be considered a source of inspiration in his role of keeper of all the stories. And of course, in my book, Season Songs, I talk about the inspiration we can draw from the land and nature to imbue our own creatvitiy.

In this workshop, we’ll explore a range of occult tools and methods and how they can inspire our creativity through a mix of discussion and practical exercises and activities! So bring along your tarot cards, oracle cards, pendulum, shells, bones and all and see what creativity they unleash!
