Season Songs: Rediscovering the Magic in the Cycles of Nature is 1 today! I always say that a part of my heart and soul went into the writing of this book. For me, animism has been an integral part of my spiritual and magical practices, one that has not only connected all the different parts of myself but underpins my witchcraft and Obeah practices.
To celebrate the release a year ago today of this special little book, I have shared with you a short exercise taken from the book and a tree visualisation exercise that stems directly from Obeah practice, though I have changed it a little here. Enjoy!
